Individual therapy
Many reasons can lead someone to consult a psychotherapist. These can include separation, bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem, psychosomatic illnesses, or older, unexpressed suffering. Sometimes, conflicted or toxic relationships with parents or loved ones can also create a feeling of being stuck.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to explore the underlying reasons for certain psychological symptoms such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, or depression. During sessions, I will help you put words to your emotions and feelings in order to better understand your story, find meaning in it, and free yourself from the unconscious obstacles that may be hindering your personal growth.
Couples therapy
During sessions, I provide a space for each of you to speak and be heard, helping you improve your communication and better understand one another amidst your differences. I assist you in expressing your feelings and inner experiences within a neutral, safe environment with the aim of rebuilding a satisfying dynamic relationship.
" It is a joy to be hidden, and disaster not to be found". (D.Winnicott).
