The initial consultation is important, as it allows us to understand your reasons for seeking therapy. During this first appointment, I will explain the framework of the therapy, its frequency, cost, what to do if you miss a session, and what we need to agree on before committing. It is recommended to maintain consistency in weekly sessions for the therapy to be effective. However, it is possible to alternate between in-person and teleconsultation if necessary.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The effectiveness of psychotherapy will depend on the quality of our relationship, but we can schedule another appointment if you feel the need to make a decision.
